Fundamentals 1 - Wheel Throwing Class

Start here. Get your hands dirty.

Never touched a pottery wheel? Perfect. Fundamentals 1 is six weeks of getting to know clay, finding your rhythm and figuring out why your first bowl probably won't look like the bowl in your head.

You'll learn the basics of wedging, centering, throwing, trimming and glazing, with plenty of hands-on guidance along the way. Classes are intentionally small so there's room to ask questions, try again, laugh at the wobbly bits and celebrate the pieces that actually work.
